A brand new CVS pharmacy has opened on the strip at Sky Las Vegas. Should you think of CVS as amenity? You bet. A matter of fact, this project is loaded with amenities including a private movie screening room, pool deck complete with cabanas and plasma tv’s, bark park, putting greens, wading pools, swimming pool and even firepit and spa with LV Boulevard views.
As of November 2007, this development is the only residential tower with a LV Blvd address. Only 30 or so resale condo units are available as of today. Many units feature dramatic view balconies overlooking the bright colorful action below!
