Properties built in the Resort Corridor (Mandalay Bay north to Sahara) are some of the most sought after due to rising land costs in the prime area.  As of 2007 and until almost 2010, only one residential high-rise property will exist on the strip and that is Sky Las Vegas.Even CNBC and CBS 2 in Southern California understand that while most other news media still haven’t caught on to what is happening.  (see links for their stories)

Wait until 2010 when the (up to) $2,400 price per square foot comps hit the street.  Right now you can pick up brand new, never lived in, resale inventory at Sky, Panorama Towers, Signature at MGM Grand, Allure, Turnberry Place, and Turnberry Towers for great pricing.Learn our Top 7 Reasons why MGM MIRAGE CityCenter rules the strip.  If you want VIP pre-construction opportunity, CC is a great place to start your search.
